"This one goes to 11!" Let us start by saying we are not the kind of people who write reviews, but we are doing so now for a reason. B & B exceeded our expectations consistently. They just kept topping themselves over and over. The scoping and estimating process was smooth and Bryce was clearly fully engaged, wheels turning. He offered ideas but listened to our preferences; the estimate was timely and very reasonable and Jacque went the extra mile to help us respond to it. She contacted us throughout to check and update us on the proposed time frame for the work, explained how they were going to keep our start date within a reasonable window, and proactively called to confirm dates and reassure us. The entire timeline was *very* good. Sam showed up as expected and actually reviewed the work he was going to do before he started, offered options, explained his approach and any adjustments that might need to be made, and went above and beyond *daily*. He absorbed even the smallest comment and fully worked it into his approach, The whole team was kind, patient, respectful, professional, and *responsive*. Listen: we had been looking for landscape design and installation for about 6 months and either got flakes who never followed through, or "artists" who really didn't want our opinion or participation in what was going to be our own yard. Don't waste your time, just pick B & B; you have no idea how GLAD you will be.
